We begin working on your piece as soon as it's placed. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll try our best if it hasn’t entered production yet.

If your order arrives damaged, just send us clear photos of the item and its packaging within 15 days, and we’ll make it right with a free replacement. No stress, no hassle — your happiness is our priority.
